Couldn't resist this one...

But seriously - note the orange arrow on the pole - those are what have guided our way across nearly 3,000 miles of Europe.

Russell,
I'm so shocked at your potty humor as you knew I would be. What a great feat even if your feet don't feel it. Great job. Splurge when you get home and buy new flip flops for your recovery.

Another great running day and only 2 more to go.

Enjoy the Nordkap.

Nice one, Russ!
Just had a few drinks with a few of your followers the other night; Sisson, Ken Fries, Sadie etc, and was telling them about the orange arrows that only runners notice. Nice timing!

So I've started my training for Bandera 100km. You make me feel so pathetic for training 6 months to run 100kms!! Hahahha

hope you get a good spot in the gym and good rest...
Can't wait to see that u crossed the finish tomorrow so you can have nothing but your swan song left!
